Note: The patio heater is usually supplied in the option fitted with cable and plug.

Deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery the courier driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to the regional depot for your area, from where you will be responsible for arranging collection. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed.

Returns Policy
It is extremely rare for our customers to want to return any of our products because they have changed their mind about the purchase. However in the unlikely event that they do this is our policy :-You have the right to cancel an order with us, or any part of an order within 7 days from the day of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or returns of items where the packaging has been removed. Please contact us to notify us that you have an item to be returned. Please package the item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery courier service as we can not accept liability for goods lost in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered a faulty item to you. We will issue a refund (credit card refund if that was the method used at time of order) of the purchase price of the returned item within 3 working days of receiving the item safely back to ourselves, and in the same state as originally despatched to you.

Warranty & Technical Support
A.J. Smith and Son (Benfleet) Ltd does not itself provide warranties and technical support for the products it sells to customers. These are provided by the manufacturers of the products. The manufacturers may require registration of the products by the purchaser and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to do this. If the product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase then please contact us with details of the fault and we will advise how best to proceed to resolve the issue.

Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of England and Wales are applicable to all transactions with A.J. Smith and Son (Benfleet)Ltd. The non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts applies.

None of these conditions affect your statutory rights.
